ONLINE RETURN POLICY


Items purchased through www.25southboutiques.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivered shipment for store credit only. 25 South Boutiques does not issue refunds. Your Boutique Store Credit has no expiration.

Client must contact 25 South for return approval. If the return is not approved first, the return shipment will not be accepted. Returns are accepted by mail. Client is responsible for paying own shipping costs to return item. When shipping a return by mail, the following rules must be followed:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

  • It is very important to notify us of your return prior to shipping it. If we do not receive your notification, your return will not be approved.

  • Return items in their original packaging with ALL tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags. If ANY tags or packaging is missing, broken off or damaged, 25 South Boutiques reserves the right to not accept the return.

Some items are not eligible for return either online or in person. These include

  • Sale or discounted merchandise. FINAL SALE
  • Cocktail & evening attire. FINAL SALE
  • Swimwear, & intimates, including bras and bralettes. FINAL SALE
  • Accessories, including jewelry, socks, belts, etc. FINAL SALE
  • Any item with a broken seal, removed tag or that has evidently been opened, used and or damaged. FINAL SALE

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You must contact 25 South for return approval. Please email office@25southboutiques.com. Once it is approved, you will be sent instructions on where to ship item back to.

Any item that is sent back without approval will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

Once we receive your return, you will be notified through email about the status of your return/credit after the return has been fully processed.

 

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

If your return is approved, you will be emailed a store credit code in the amount of the item returned. This online store credit has no expiration. This credit is only applicable to online purchases, and is not transferable to a gift certificate.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping is not included in your store credit.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items damaged under UPS, USPS care or any other delivery service. Orders are shipped with insurance. We package each order with care and precision, making sure to prevent damage as much as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We are a brick & mortar business! Please allow 1-4 business days for order fulfilments before order is shipped!
